Attempting start up tune after motor rebuild and cam swap.

I recently rebuild a lq4 for my 2004 2500hd, I swapped out the motor and had help with a start up tune but still wont idle on it's own. First tune it wouldn't start at all unless you applied pressure to the pedal. With adjusted tune from more knowledgeable person when it comes to hp tuners and now it will turn over and idle for a few seconds then die. If I apply the gas pedal slightly to keep it running it will idle very rough as if it has a miss. Truck was an oem rebuild new bearings rings and cleaned. Installed ls7 lifters, comp cam hardened pushrods, high volume oil pump, pac 1218 springs, and a brian tooley racing stage 4 truck cam. Cam specs are 224/230 .553/.547 111+2 any help would be great.
