Turning on fans above MPH threshold while towing in the mountains

Hey! I was towing my Camaro through the mountains this past weekend and noticed the truck running slightly hotter than normal while going up the mountains with the trailer behind it.

The temps did not reach levels to worry me and they went right back down after the climbs, but I was thinking is there a way to bypass the speed disable number ONLY in emergency type situations(say when engine temperature reaches over 225). I would like all of the other settings to stay the same. FWIW, I'm using the 3 relay harness, 2005 fan settings on my 2004 with a SLIGHT rpm bump for the fans, and slightly lower fan on/off settings(works GREAT!)

    Thanks!

Pick a speed that is higher than what you would go pulling a car uphill, and below what you would be doing on a flat surface. and set your mph fan disable speed somewhere in there.
