P069E and P0231 after Fuel Pump Change

Long story short 2008 4.8 crew cab truck. Turbo and 55 lbs inj. Stock pump ran out of gas at 6-7 psi. Pulled tank and removed factory reg and installed a walbro 400. Put a boost ref fuel pressure reg on the rail and ran a return line to the tank. Fire it up and set fuel pressure to 58 with vacuum off the reg. Had it tuned and runs good. One problem. Cant get the MIL off. No matter if I clear or tune out the code numbers. Any ideas? something that could be changed that tells it to kick the code? Like you do when 0 out maf freq to fail for SD?

Pull the fuse for the fuel pressure control module and turn off P069E.
