Not to go sidetrack out of Direct Injection specific threads but...
These tables are available for calibration in anything newer than 2005.

Fixed. Tried this on a whim...totally different animal now. With the wg @100% I went from 20psi to 24-25 @ 3700. I can get 20 by 34-3500rpms now. Had to back the wg off a lot 35-4500rpm or boost would climb fast. Spool between shifts is most impressive compared to before. Either something wrong with solenoid or in the tune, but it is working great.

I'm looking at the solenoid now...can't I just remove it completely and turn off the associated code I'll get? I see no reason to keep it anymore. I just have the vac line capped off right now.

I think you could remove it and IDK if there are any codes that would pop up. I don't think it has any way to check to see if the solenoid is actually there.

Just cap it off and leave it in to prevent codes. I put a factory style hose clamp around it and the smog guys never had a clue it was disabled
