OBD to interface actual pin utilization

I'm looking to make a permanent cable harness specific for my vehicle to connect my OBD to the interface.
The vehicle in question would be 1997/1998/1999 Buick riviera.
Is there a resource that details what actual connections are used by the interface for programming and scanning at the OBD plug?
I know of the three basic pins needed for general bus communication: B+ (pin 16), ground (pin 4/5), and the J1850+ bus (pin 2) so those are pretty much a give in but are there any other pins I need to accommodate in my new cable? There's a few other terminals on the OBD plug that have potential use for more advanced OBD protocols (although I'm unclear as to exactly what would work with my vehicle specifically) and I don't want to leave anything out in my cable.

    Thanks
