There really is no short definitive answer.
Best bet is tech 2/mongoose & tis subscription.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

What website would you recommend to get the flash from and will the hp tuner cable work to flash it?

I was able to flash pcm with my tune after purchasing credits for vin that was in the newly purchased reman pcm. Kinda weird it had a program in it already. It did not fix the problem I'm having though. Back to the drawing board.
