    Invalid VIN/OS pair. No reply from support yet 2015 silverado

    I updated my vcm suite today and tried to license my truck and I wasn't able to. Emailed support waiting for a response, unsure if the files were actually delivered. Thanks for any help

    Is beta 2.25 the version of the vcm suite I should have? I just updated today and vcm editor is 2.24.1166

    E-mail them again be sure and send a log of the error. I had a beta issue today and Bill responded real quick. I use the E-mail link off of my customer page and always get a quick response.

    I emailed them again. I had forgot to put the vcm suite info. Hope to hear from them soon, Im trying to get this truck remotely tune from another tuner.
