    Ve table or maf

    Should i tune just the ve table and leave the maf tuned out

    I would always use the MAF sensor if you are not going to be going speed density with like a turbo setup.

    Tune both if staying NA.
    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

    I do plan on going boost ive herd a lot of people duing away with them just becouse of haveing problems with them

    right now im just trying to tune with the cam set up but im bulding the turbo setup on a outher motor right now and plan to turbo at the first of the year

    What 5FDP said. VE and maf if staying n/a. You will have to upgrade to 2bar or 3bar O/S if going boost so you cant use maf.

    Yes if installing cam only just tune the MAF.

    I dont under stand be couse if it had a turbo it would only be going in to boost under med to full throttle just cruseing and normal driveing it would not be going in to boost

    JOHNB - To accurately tune fueling you will need a ve table that reaches further(2 bar or 3 bar O/S) than the stock one does. Unless you run really low boost.

    You can use a MAF with the 2/3 bar operating systems. If you run into limits there are several ways you can overcome them. It's called scaling. You don't have to junk your MAF if you don't want to.
