    Rolling Idle and Throttle Cracker

Is rolling idle still active if throttle cracker is completely disabled? I've recently disabled throttle cracker and for the most part everything transitions and settles to idle like a dream with it disabled. What I am experiencing now is that when I downshift and coast down/engine brake getting off the interstate or coming to a stop, whenever I clutch in after coast down the RPM's quickly tumble to around 5-600 and then recover reasonably well at 850 where my idle is set. I had a similar issue when I first cammed my truck that was solved by some tweaks to the rolling idle airflow adder table. I'm wondering now that if rolling idle is still in play with throttle cracker disabled if I need to add or remove air from rolling idle to compensate. This might have something to do with DFCO or too much timing in the decel reigions of my timing table but I wanted to try rolling idle first.

edit: I'm fairly certain throttle follower is doing its job.
