Stock tune not accepting certain numbers.

I have been having a WOT shifting issue. I have read that there could possibly be a strategy issue with the tune file and modifying the stock tune out of my car could resolve this. When modifying the stock tune I am unable to duplicate the fuel imbalance monitor load axis. My paid tune and a stock roush tune file shows the load ranging to 10. The stock tune will not accept a number higher than 2. The stock tune also will not accept a number higher than 2 in the max load field. Reason I tried that was to allow a load of 10 in the fuel imbalance monitor. Am I doing something wrong here? Also, my max load is at 2.0 but when I compare to another file with max load of 2.0 it shows that it is different although they are both at 2.

I would add a datalog but its in sct format. I get a real bad surge at part throttle accel. Not sure if the fuel imbalance numbers would be my problem. I can email the datalog if someone wants to look over it for me.

Here is my stock modified file. 2014 Mustang Gt 6r80, roush tvs
