Hesitation while accelerating. High LTFT in certain situation, as described

    Hi friends,

    Symptom : Hesitation while accelerating.
OBD status : No MIL, however - high LTFT in certain situations, as described below.

I would like to kindly ask for your opinion.

The hesitation is felt while accelerating, usually around 1,xxx-2,xxx RPM, 1st gear.

I measured LTFT in certain situations :
    1. Idling, neutral, air conditioner off : +25%
    2. Idling, neutral, air conditioner on : around +10%
    3. RPM higher than idling, neutral : around 0%
    4. Accelerating, 1st gear, around 0% (the hesitation is felt)

(the STFT is +- around "normal" values)

What is the cause of such a behavior ?
Vacuum leak? and if so - where to check ? how - spray water ?
    Weak fuel pump?
    Injectors?
    MAP? MAF ?

    Thank you for any idea.

Is the hesitation while accelerating purely random (not every time), and it it only happens in 1st gear right? If so, I think I'm experiencing the exact same issue. I have a random fall off. I haven't caught in a logging session yet unfortunately but I suspect it might be related to tip in based on engine speed. I'm going to try zeroing out that table and see if it goes away. I've disabled all the other torque tables that I know of, including completely disabling traction control and I would still periodically get that event.
