Timing advance with E85

How much timing advance will a blown 3V Mustang tolerate on E85? I'm currently at 17psi boost and seeing 19 degrees at WOT.

Depends on a number of factors. Commanded lambda, CR, IAT. etc. Almost any answer that anyone gives you would need to be taken with a grain of salt. Approach your boaderline limit reasonably by looking at all the information including peak torque and horsepower trends. Find your point of diminishing returns and then drop back a bit for safety.
