Just make your table match mine...am I missing something?

You do realize that you have to tune it, right. How much do you know? Once its idling you set to MAF only (High RPM Disable to 400/390) and then begin tuning the MAF with The LTFT/STFT....Do you have any .cfgs setup to log?

OK, lesson #1...always make sure your units are in line with your teachers...:-) Right click in the middle of the BRAF table, go to units and click the g/sec. Now they will look the same. I didn't understand what you were saying before, sorry.

Just a heads up, other than IFR (lbs/hr), I always work in g/sec or g/cyl......

Hey ya yfz81, i was in your shoes not long ago, What i did was learned from the Acronym list http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showth...2-Acronym-List. You can always go back when need be, haha i still do.. but the site that helped me the most was on how to tune using STFTs & LTFTs is found here at http://www.ls2.com/boggs/ls1edit/ls1...ing%20info.htm Also your going to need to learn how to go between open and closed loop then you can learn how to tune your VE and so on and so forth, which can be found there also.. Now took me a while to learn, lots of reading, though im still learning, i can tune I CAN DO IT If i can do it trust me ne1 can neways hope this helps...

There was another sites & links i can't seem to find them at this time, but as i do ill edit them in, google is your friend peace

Here ya go dug a few out of my fav bookmarked tuning folder

Copy your stock tune so you have it. Get a mail order tune from someone(Motown). Then you can compare changes and make some tweaks as you need and learn as you go. Know one buys this software and starts tuning day one without some trial and error and a ton of reading. The great thing down the road if you install heads or a different cam or a different car you will already have the tuning for those changes.

Read, Read, Read and then Read some more, its not easy getting started but you have to help yourself a bit as well. Otherwise look into structured training/class environment, Heed the list of references above and get to a point that you can ask specific questions based on an action you initiated that didnt quite go the way you thought it should. Or lay out a course of action based on your understanding and it can be critiqued before you start...

Sorry, there is no Easy Button....

Go pay someone who's put in the time to learn. You don't seem to have the inclination or patience to learn. This isn't something that just happens. It isn't easy and no one worth having do it is going to do it for free. All the information you need to be successful is available on this forum, accessing it and understanding it is up to you.

READ! great link it will help. noticed the really smart guys typically ignore our ig?orant questions.....they will help you if you have half a clue. that link made my first tune come alive but it was a layup on an lq4 and i could still do better.
