Newbie needing help please

I have a Silverado with a 6.0 and I just added a bigger cam and water methanol and roller rockers and I got it to where it'll start and hold an idle but has bad throttle response and doesn't run good at all and I'm lost in to what aspects I need to look into and play with to get her running good

You'll want to post a log and your current tune. It's kinda hard to show what is wrong without more information
