Who is Support?

I have questions regarding the Chrysler JTEC tuning but every time I ask Keith or Bill they say to contact support, even though they used to answer all my questions, so what is a good contact for Support, I feel like they are blowing me off.

Yea I'm getting the same feeling it appears customer service really sucks. I'll really like to speak with someone.

Ive personally never had any issues with support. I do believe they are coming up on being out for a week maybe this week? I do know they are quite busy with working on the new dodge and ford stuff. From my experience they are not blowing you off.
