Need help with tune for my 2007 corvette z06

Just finished installing the following mods: WCCH Stage 2 Cylinder Heads, CNC Ported, BTR Platinum 660 Lift Springs with Titanium Retainers, SS Exhaust Valves, Custom Cam- 23x/24x - 650/650 - 112 LSA. Vararam Cold Air Intake, American Racing Headers 1 7/8 primaries with High Flow Cats & Stock Mufflers, NGK TR6 Plugs. I purchased a remote tune from one of the well known Corvette Forum Vendors along with the HP Tuners Pro to install it and an Innovate Wideband O2 Sensor so I could do some data logging for him. After he made a few changes to my tune based on my input, and not the data logging, he set my AFR to 12.5 across the board and said I should be fine just drive it. The car runs and drives but has some issues and is need of some better tuning and I could use some help. I'm new to HP Tuners and tuning in general and I'm not sure if I'm data logging properly, what to look for exactly to make the proper changes to what table. I paid for a tune that was supposed to come with unlimited adjustments if needed but I'm getting tired of trying to chase him down for some help. Some of the issues that need to be addressed are as follows: Cold and hot starts should be better, it has the usual jerking/surging at lower rpms like 1400-1600 RPMs but it also seems to go up as high as 2200 RPM as well, something is not calibrated right. I need a safe and reliable tune for 91 Octane fuel, that's all I can get at the pump. All the tables have been changed around so I don't know what should enabled or disabled. Please have a look at tune #3 which is what I'm currently running in my car, Tune #2 wasn't a whole lot better. I'm also willing to pay another reputable tuner to help me get this sorted out or to show me how to do this myself. I have some data logging from some of my tunes but I haven't data logged yet with tune #3 and I would prefer someone to look over my settings first before I waste anymore time data logging if the basics aren't set correctly. Let me know if anyone can help. Thanks

I went to the tune repository and some one was good enough to down load a lingdenfelter 660 tune. It got my driveability real good and had a lot of helpful hints in it.
