So I'm helping a buddy out doing a base tune and I think I have most everything done but having issues where the car is running super rich. The car will start fine and the idle isn't bad, but the wideband is just flatlined rich. It will start around .80 and then richen down to the limit at .68. I have tried using a new o2 sensor for the Autometer wideband but no luck. I have spoke to FIC about the 1000cc injectors and reg setup and that doesn't seem to be the issue. I have tried setting base fuel pressure to 43.5 as well as 58psi with the fpr hooked up and unhooked (IFC tables set accordingly). Nothing seems to help. I have tried taking out 20% in the VE table surrounding cells where it idles around 800rpm and 40kpa. I lean it out to the point where it idles terribly but no change in the .68 rich lambda. I've tried it with and without the reg. No dice.
Injectors: FIC 1000cc
FPR: 58psi base pressure
Map Sensor: 3bar
Tune: SD 3 Bar OS.
Fuel: e85 (stoich:9.68)
