    Map offset

Running the 2 bar OS and trying to get the MAP to read 0 when there is no vacuum or boost. In my head it would be the MAP sensor offset that needs adjusting. Currently it is 10.33kpa and KOEO scanner reads 105.5kpa, so I would need to put 95.17. Is this correct? Thanks

Not sure why you want to do that...will throw off every fueling calculation within the PCM? Shouldn't even run....

secondly, just try it, simple enough, right?

apparently not simple enough, thought i read somewhere that it does something but now I think I just had a moment of da. Not really willing to change the fueling again after getting it to where it is. Thanks for the quick reply.

No problem....by the way, you can always just put it back. That is why you save previous tune versions. Don't be afraid to experiment some because that is how we learn as well .

What I thought I saw was maybe in the scanner so as to only show above 105kpa and read psi but maybe something different. It's been a while since I have played with this truck but we swapped out to a smaller turbo and blew out two plugs and had to adjust the tune a bit. Just got the scanner working again and it kept popping that it experienced a problem as soon as it would connect to the truck. The wideband would work for about two minutes then flash 7.4 which turned out to be the plug to the O2 had been unplugged to calibrate then plugged back in it bent the locking tab into the pin area and kept it from being connected 100%. Then the scanner just worked after that but all of my configuration files from before we're gone so they all had to be redone. Fun fun fun.

Why not get the right data from your sensor supplier?

No, no i have the right data just a brain inactive moment of well this will make it easier to dial in the boost. just gonna keep logging now that all is back in order then get on the dyno to see numbers. The only issue is the boost falling off from 10.4lbs to 6.3lbs. we will get it dialed in in the next week or so. Thanks for the help.
