    3.8 series 1 intake turnaround

    Transplanting a GM 3.8 Series I into a 1978 VW bus with Intake clearance issues. It's been 40 years since I did any real engine swap stuff (yes, I'm that old). Before I pull the engine apart...Can the intake be turned around (currently a FWD setup). Where would I find mounting brackets to relocate the alternator. Just need to drive the water pump, Alternator, crank pulleys and tensionser. Any suggestions and help Thanks in advance.
