You didnt list the check engine light codes.
Those codes are going to tell you what it wrong and what to look for to fix them.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
I can't view what the vehicle is putting out for a check engine light, I would have to be plugged into said vehicle to read the DTC's that are present.
Just plug back into the vehicle and write down the codes and list them here. Also do some research as to what each code means and try and figure out a solution to the problems.

You don't need a pen or pencil. With the DTC window open, click the floppy disk symbol and save it as a .txt file. then post that.
