Still Can't Read DTC's & Can't Scan Transmission

2011 F150 ecoboost, Beta Scanner, been clicking the button to read DTC'S and it's been saying "2 weeks" for the last 6 months.

There also is nothing to log any transmission data in the scanner.

Am I missing something?

I havent been able to see much for my buddies truck either. Tried to clear some codes the other day, got the '2 weeks' deal.

did you try using the regular scanner?

I haven't tried the regular scanner. I could be wrong, but I was under the impression that there was no support period for Ecoboost with the regular scanner. Thanks
