WELCOME TO THE FORUM !
STEP NUMBER 1: STOP YELLING !!! lol, jk
The general consensus is that people here are very helpful when you have a problem, but unlikely that people will give you a tune (for free).
I am relatively new here, but for 23 psi, 305 hp and 375 ftlbs doesn't sound too bad, (93 octane i assume?)
it is unlikely you're gonna put "WAY MORE DOWN THEN THAT" without a bigger turbo and some ethanol blend? slightly better, sure, "WAY MORE" no, or not for long.
Unrelated question: just out of curiosity, is the "geunine saab intercooler" that much bigger than the stock intercooler? just never heard anyone use a saab intercooler on a cobalt before.
What you will be told here is to read the "LNF Guides" thread: http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showth...357-LNF-Guides, also linked in the HPTuners L4 sticky.
If you want help with the knock issue you mention, post your tune and a log and i'm sure someone will provide assistance.
If i said anything wrong, someone please correct me.

I think you have some room to move up a little in HP, and a little in TRQ but you are already very close to the limit with those bolt ons. I made 325 WHP and 383 WTRQ with similar mods. Yeah make sure you read the forum about changing the calibration for those sensors. Then I would also do a MAF calibration after. Like Turbocobalt said you will need to either go a little higher on the boost, or use e85/e47 fuel blend to increase those numbers. Just read all the threads and make sure you are doing everything correct.
