Help with manual Express van tune

Hello,
Tried searching, maybe I wasn't searching the right keywords but couldn't find anything.
Just swapped a 97 L31 vortec into an 87 s10 and mated it to a NV3500 5-speed trans. Currently runs off a 0411 pcm with an express can tune and everything is operating perfectly except I have no signal from the speed sensor to the pcm or the speedometer. After doing some searching it sounds like it's because it is tuned for an auto trans and unfortunately the express van never had a manual trans.
I emailed tech support asking about the segment swapper but I know there are a few people with this setup and was curious if anyone had an express van with a manual trans calibration already available? I checked the repository but did not find any, mostly just 4l80e swaps. My last resort is send it out to have it modified with efilive but thought I would ask here first.
Any help would be appreciated!

i have a tune with the manual tune in it, but we need to know what your OS is. Then it don't matter what rig it's in. You could probably search in the repository for a manual silverado with the same OS and then segment swap with that.

OS looks like 12212156? Not sure if thats right or not. This is my first project ive done with a manual trans so i dont have any licensed programs to compare it to to make sure its tuned right.
I just updated my software to have the segment swapper tool so im going to start experimenting with that.

So here is a tune a guy did that has the auto segment in the tune still, but he is running a manual. Use the compare feature to see what he did to get his running.
