Ok so I'm an idiot. I'm trying to help a friend out and I just cost myself a couple credits. I believe we have a bad PCM. So i acquired a new PCM and had it flashed with the correct vin. His old one has a custom tune in it that I was able to retieve. So in my infinite wisdom I licensed the old PCM thinking I was licensing the VIN. Well being the NEWB that I am I didn't realize how all that worked until now. Ok so I've cried and thrown enough stuff around. I gave into the fact that I just cost myself $100. Now I'm trying to License the new PCM and it won't let me. I read the file and it comes up with the fact that I need to license it but it won't give me the option to license it. Only to not license it.
