F-150 PCM bricked while performing write calibration

Read the PCM of this 2009 F-150 using the 2.24-1051 version and disabled a couple of codes related to VCT. When performing a write calibration it stopped at around 60% and wouldn?t recover back. Disconnected the battery for a few minutes and same thing. Getting the no vcm found error and the car won?t start, getting a U0100 communication error with another generic scan tool.
Is there any solution or is this PCM bricked?

2009 f-150 does not use a copperhead pcm.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
