I am tuning a 2012 5.0 F150 that seems to be hitting a rev limit around 6400
I have the RPM cutoff and Neutral Cutoff set at 7200 as well as the Limits under transmission-general-limits. Am I missing something?

Do you need to change these? I honestly don't know I'm new to this stuff.

No sir those are the commanded shift rpm tables. Basically when I am trying to command the shift.
Under what conditions are you hitting rev limit? Will it rev to 7200 in neutral? In gear, WOT? Have you logged the torque source?
There was an undefined transmission RPM limit. New build of 2.25 is going up now.
This was my fault. I have the parameter in the mustang defs, but did not put it in the F-150 defs for some reason. I will get it in the other OS' next week.

Eric not a problem I appreciate everything. Figured it was something small
Is this the same kind of "phantom" limiter I was talking about here?

Limiter has been added to all the F-150 and F-250s.
I had left it out because the first definitions I did, the calibrations had them set at 10000 RPM.

OS MAX ,OS MAX2, and Normal OP max?

Normal OP Max was the one that was missing in the trucks.

Well unfortunately it did not fix my truck. Still hitting a limiter at around 6100ish. I set that table to 10,000 rpm and my shift rpm at 6500 to start with and no luck. I'll try messing with it later this week when I get more time.
It bounces a limiter for a second then forces itself to shift. The log shows it closing the tb until it grabs the next gear then opens back up. It has the same sensation when it would hit the speed limiter more so then an rpm limiter. But it is consistent at the same rpm on the 1-2 and 2-3.
Here is the tune and a log from this morning.

Change Max Accel. to 100 and see what happens.
Second, disable RPM Antic. Shifts if the above doesn't net more RPM and choose where you want it to BEGIN the shift. It takes time to complete so for example, you may set the 1-2 shift at 6,350 for the shift to complete by 7,000. The lower the gear the less time you will have. 3-4 may be commanded at 6,700 to complete the shift by 7,000 for example. It all depends on how quickly the vehicle accelerates so you will have to play with it to reach your goal.
I would also raise your limiters to 7,500 from 7,000.
Under Transmission -> General -> Limits
Your Normal OP Max limiter is set lower than your Shift RPM-WOT values. Try raising it to something much higher and see what kind of difference it makes.
Edit: Read posts above yours and you said it didn't make a change after Eric added the parameter, however the tune you linked still shows the value stock.
