    OP intake VCT on Coyote

Has anyone seen any tunes that have all zeros or very small values, in the intake VCT table for OP? If so, what would be the reason behind doing that?

I don't have the tune. I read the log and during WOT and when idling, the intake VCT reading was between .07 and .47. The log was from 800 to 7k rpm. A buddy of mine looked at the logged and said he thought the PID wasn't working right.

It was my car, so I know there were no cam locks. I thought it looked weird.

Check your air temp and ect sensors for wire issues. When the signal from one of these go south, cams will revert to 0 as some sort of fail safe mode.
