First Tune, First Fire-up - Starts/Stalls! Tune & Datalog Included - any help?

Hey Guys, need a little help here..

This is my first time using HP Tuners and is my first tune AND first fire up on a 6.0L LQ4 swap into 3rd gen Camaro. I'm using an 0411 PCM.
Engine is stock except for 2002 LS6 cam and PAC springs. It has 317 heads.

For the base tune I started with a stock 2002 LS1 F-body manual trans file.
Used 2002 LS6 vette VE table as heads are very similar to 317s and should be closer to start for this cam.
Inputted DW Injectors data for 60lb/hr injectors [PN 18U-01-0060-8 ] that flow about 76lb/hr at the 58psi fuel pressure:
Data = Voltage Offsets vs MAP, Flowrates vs MAP, Short Pulse Adder, Short Pulse Limit, Minimum Pulse Width
    Kept stock LS1 timing.
Changed to 2bar OS, NO MAF as plan to boost later and figured I'd start with this. Yes I have the 2 bar MAP sensor.
Changed displacement to 6.0L [0.74590L per cylinder]
All else stock in the tune except fan temps, rev limiter, abuse tables, codes disables, VATS etc.

The engine fires up immediately, then stalls out after a few seconds even if putting in some (half) throttle.
It almost tries to idle, but stalls if add throttle.
It will fire right up again on the next try.

Checked all coils & injectors wiring right to PCM.
Checked fuel pressure (not running, key on 57psig)
Compression is 160-170psi across the board.
It reeks of fuel after starting.
Pulled all plugs, all the same..very black.

I have attached the tune and the Injector Data.

Any ideas or help on this one?

What else besides the VE/displacement/injector flowrates would cause the fuel to dump into this thing?

I have a suspicion that the DW data is no good.

Do you have a log of what it's doing? Wideband input with it would help.

No not yet. I'll try and get some in the next day or so.
I have an AFX wideband installed as well. It didn't read rich, but I'm not sure if it had to heat up longer to be accurate. It is also new and was calibrated..

    What was it reading?

AFX needs 30 mins open air calibration, then let it cool down, install, and start logging.

Here is a datalog from last night with a bunch of starts.
The wideband actually isn't reading too rich.. It seems to flatline about 5sec after startup which doesn't make sense.

I did calibrate the wideband like you said before installing.

Any help here is greatly appreciated.

Anybody have any ideas on this one?

Fuel pressure stays 57psi on guage when running and when it dies.

So I may have figured out the issue.
I'm running 2bar SD , but had the MAF codes completely turned off. I understand they need to be enabled and set to get the car into SD mode with no MAF. They don't say this in the 2bar OS instructions..found another post with similar ssues.

Stupid question but did you turn off the vehicle anti theft in the tune? I don't have my software installed to look at your tune, so humor me.

Yes, it's turned off..it acts like it's not but is fully disabled.
If the MAF codes don't work I'm going to fab and try a vats bypass box!!

    How I'd proceed....

verify cam sensor is connected and wires didn't get pinched in the bell housing, check for good circuit to the pcm.
crank sensor, ohm out the wires for good circuit.
    disconnect MAF and 02 sensors
hook a pressure gauge to the fuel rail and verify it still has full pressure even when the engine dies
get a noid light and verify the injectors are still firing as the engine is dying.
even a poorly tuned engine should run with no load on it

go ahead and ohm out the MAP sensor to make sure the wires are good in it, your engine should basically run off the MAP and crank sensors but the cam sensor is important, too.

So..finally got a chance to try it out with enabling DTC P01010102/0103 in the tune, no other changes.
Runs as expected..fine. Sounds like a beast!

    I'm pumped.

I'll see if they will add the dtc's to the 2 and 3bar os upgrade instructions.

    Thanks for the help!
