5.3 liter with 3 speed manual trans running very rich

This setup is in a 68 Chevy C10 2wd. 3 on the tree. Pretty fat. Not my truck. Have never had to tune any fuel out due to lean/ rich issues. Timing gets a little hairy under mild throttle. I roughed this in for the torque management delete and just got the truck rolling. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. It is all stock with just shorty headers. All internals are factory.
