Accufab 4150 system. Weird TPS readings.

This came up months ago but now it will finally matter and affect me.

Has anyone else had issues with huge fluctuation in TPS% on these combos?
My good buddy did one on his car months ago and tuned it with the only issue being the TPS% would move anywhere from 60% to 100% during wot and jump all over. Wasn't a big deal on that car since it's a manually shifted TH400. Now I have a car local using this same style combo but is still using the 4L60E.
I'm worried about erratic shifts with the large swing in TPS%.

Anyone else ran into this before or find out a cure? Only other person I've talked to about this was Martin at tick since one of their cars did the same thing but was manual shifted as well.
