cooling fan settings, odd request.

working on a 2003 s10 with a 2003 5.3 swap. p59 ecu and express van calibration.

what im trying to do is zero out fan 1 temps so its "always on" but i still want my mph cutoff. this way my fans come on when i start the truck and run all the time until i hit lets say 35mph then shut off.

so i setup the fan temperatures so that it should always be on temp wise. when logging, i never see the fans shutoff. even with AC on and running the fans never shut off at speed like like set in the tune.

anything i missed?
