Ok how would I go about finding those and modifying them?

have you capped your map sensor or maf sensor out?

have you hit or exceeded the upper limit of either sensor by turning up the boost. in the ecu you can view the map sensor data, the listed range high is the pressure max cap, and maf hz fail high setting is the upper hz range for the maf sensor. i cant view your logs at this time but if it hits one of those limits you run out of the adjustment range of the computer and it freaks out.

It doesn't look like I maxed them out yet. I have 2 codes right now p1101 and p0121
p1101 is maf out of test range: Actual measured airflow from MAF, MAP, EGR, and TP is not within range of the calculated airflow.
p0121 is again throttle pedal problems. its reason for showing up: Malfunction is detected when an excessively low or high voltage from the sensor is sent to ECM.

go into the engine diagnostics tab and disable the tests for p0068 and test strand po101/p0106/p0121
its under the general tab.
these are codes that arise because the ecu is at the upper limits of its air metering sensors and when it runs a test on them it has a fit.

So the peddle might need to be replaced
And will do hopefully that fixes the problem
no I would bet if you flashed it back to 100% stock setting the codes would not show up. Whats likely happening is the turbo is spreading the correlation between map/maf/tps so far apart the computer is freaking out because its now exceeding its gm programmed allowed spread between those sensors. iirc the lsj does this as well if you leave the tests activated. disabling the tests alone should keep the codes gone without disabling the codes permanently.

Ok ill see if this helps thanks for all your help this car is a pita lol
ok it still has this issue and im completely lost on how to figure this out I changed the stuff that you told me to and I don't have the codes but I still have the issue
cobalt 2.hpl
that was strictly for the codes. i did not mention anything for the ignition issue.

oh sorry my bad I don't have those codes anymore though
cobalt ls turbo.hpt
ok I fixed the issue with the ignition it was torque mgt was still on I misread something but I have another problem the car starts up fine then you take it for a drive put it in park or neutral and it shuts off and will not start back up again if I reflash the computer (even with the same tune that's in the car) it starts up just fine but will still have the issue if you go from drive to park any ideas?
