    new to tunning need help with 60 lbs injectors

    I have a 2009 cobalt 2.2 that has a turbo kit. I have 60 lbs injectors and im really confused on how to set them up here are the specs of the injectors any help appreciated


    Coil Resistance: 12.5 Ohms / High Impedance / High-Z
    •Static Flow Rate @ 43.5PSI ( 300kPa ) w/Gas: 60 lb/hr = 630 cc/min = 453 g/min
    •Static Flow Rate @ 87PSI ( 600kPa ) w/Gas: 85.7 lb/hr = 900 cc/min = 648 g/min
    •Gain: 0.11ms/mg
    •Offset: 0.055ms
    •Turn on time @ 14VDC: 1.14ms
    •Turn off time: 0.85ms @ 600KPa
    •Series: DEKA 4 ( DEKA IV )
    •Orifice Type: Multi-orifice
    •Spray Pattern: 30 Degree Spray Cone
    •Factory fitted with Viton upper and lower o-rings

    by leaving the system factory you have left the system in a state that requires a lot of parameters to be adjusted and calibrated for perfectly. messing the injector bases up can ruin the whole tune very easily. the information you have supplied is missing about half the data required to get you running on a factory fuel system.
    you need to know either one of the tables listed in the picture attached: manifold kpa vs system voltage offsets or injector to manifold delta vs system voltage.
    without one of those tables you are going to have a very long road ahead of you.

    Great guess I'll have to get someone to do the base tune and not lock it so I can adjust th's tune myself
