    Reduced Engine Power - please help

    The car is Chevy SSR with LS2 engine 2006" MANUAL. Whatever we do - we can not fight the problem. PCM giving a Error code P2138 + put the car into Power Reduction mode - and the car dont run, pcm closes throttle body and wont let the car to run normally. We changed the pedal with its 2 sensors to new one, put new throttle body, cleaned the connectors... ets... nothing hepl (((( please advise what else could we do here? or if can can to turn Power Reduction mode anyhow in the software??

    you can turn off the messages but reduced engine power mode will be there , i suggest taking it to dealer or scan it with tech2 scanner .now you dont know where the problem ,maybe throttle or accelerator pedal or pinched wiring only tech2 can help you pin point the problem .
