LSx Swap Tune info

Swapping a 5.3 out of 2009 Tahoe into an older truck running the old style non electronic manual transmission. I am keeping the 2009 computer, fly by wire throttle, Having a custom harness made by Tech Rods I know I have to disable VATS and post cat oxygen sensor. What other problems does anyone see that I may run into. I need to put together at least a base program to get it running and tune from there. I looked around the forum for a post about swapping engines and didn't see much.

After you start and drive the truck, it will throw a lot of trans related codes, maybe some fuel pump related codes, etc.... Just set those to no error reported as they come up, clear the mil light and enjoy. You shouldn't have to do anything but use the stock tune to get it running once VATS is turned off.
