NGK AFRM can't get correct in hptuners

I have to be doing something wrong. I've used the tuning school spreadsheet to try to hook my AFRM up and nothing is remotely close. My display screen will show mid 12s on the wideband and Hptuners will show 1.0x lambda. Its the 96604 and uses .5-4.5v and 9.0-20.0 and 0.62-1.37. What do I need to enter in to make this thing read accurate? Sorry I'm new.

If you are using PRO the Sensor is in the Wideband list. Right Click on EIO and the sensor should be in the list for you already. It's the very last one in the list, just had a quick look, it's there

I thought the one in the list was the AFX or a older one. Mine isn't the one made by ECM. And the .3636 and 7.625 is for lambda right?

NO, the user defined above is for the following and works for mine.
    0.5V is 9-1 AFR
    4.5V is 20-1 AFR

    I don't use lambda.
