Injector data settings for Deatschwerk 42lb LS2 injectors

Despite their claim that every set of their injectors come matched and with flow bench data these come with what appears to be mass printed flow data.
My questions are what are the numbers below Injector # , fuel pressure?
Is that all the info I need plus voltage offset(on their website)?
With proper data will that require any retuning?

I'm assuming the number would be on the injector so you know which one is which. Fuel pressure is rated @ 43.5psi

If your current tune is correct, all you should have to do is put in the correct injector data and it would be fine.

Assuming what he has in there NOW is correct... and what he swaps to is also exactly correct, then yes, it would work

I would give pretty low probabilities of both actually being correct, though.

As to it being number on an injector that would be a NO.
To reiterate, I'm asking in reference to the chart in the picture posted above, what does the numbers under the heading "Injector #" mean?

    Call them and ask

I would bet it's what position # those injectors were in when they were tested..i.e. maybe the test rig can hold 100 injectors, then you got #22/25/etc.

But if they didn't label them anywhere then that's not going to do you much good.

Each of the physical injectors have a number marked on them, I think the plug, that corresponds to the injector # on the flow sheet.

Here is the link to their GM data download page. There is a lot of injector data that needs to be entered for correct operation. However the part number listed on your flow sheet is not on their GM data page.

    http://www.deatschwerks.com/resource...libration-data

They do send a flow chart with corresponding flow data for each injector you receive in the set (the injectors are numbered).
