Picture of AFX connector?

I loaned out my AFX and all the wires got pulled out of the connector on the harness side where the O2 connects.

Does anybody have a picture or pinout of which wires go where? Obviously the colors on the sensor itself don't match up, and I can't find a decent picture of all the wires anywhere.

Sorry I cannot directly help, but I suggest Google Image searching or Ebay searching for NGK AFX harness and see if any of the images are high enough resolution to make out which goes where.
