Hi Everyone,

I just purchased a dual channel Gizzmo Electronics Knock Monitor with dual sensors to help me isolate actual knock from false knock.
It has individual analog outputs for logging into other tools like HPT but I don't know were to start really. Anyone else ever done it or used this device?

My problem:
As with everything I do I'm OCD and push my setup to the bleeding edge so I always need to know/verify and not guess!
I have a TT LS2 C6 corvette and I think my wastegates, quad disk clutch, solid torque tube bushings or something not factory is setting off my knock sensors and creating false knock.

My Theory:
If I can listen to the knock monitor and log it against my factory sensors I could "calibrate" my factory sensors with the Initial and min knock settings in HPT to what I hear and decide to be actual knock. Once I agree with my factory ECU and save the new settings I could rest easy and let my knock sensors do their job.
What do you think?
