    FAST 50lb Injectors Data?

Anyone have proper values for the FAST 50's into a Ford application? Got the FAST 50's with the Procharger Kit and looking for input on them if possible. Procharger gave me the injector values and I cannot open the file type... oh yea, that kind of day This is for a 3.7L with a P1SC in it

.mvf file type, tried to get a reader but they are all pay ones. Don't want to buy some program just to view it, just silly....

Can you attach it a post and I'll see if I can open it for you?

Cant attach it here, wont accept the file type to post it. Going to email them tomorrow and get a file type that is actually useable.

I was able to confirm that the Fast 50's are rated such at 58lbs rail pressure. Adam at FAST was able to send me a screen shot of the voltage offset in a 2-D graph. I extrapolated the offsets and have them entered in the tune here. For anyone that is installing these in a Ford here is what I worked out...

Going to dig a little here but it's looking like the min pulse may come from a LS7 42lb stock file. I'm going to use the ZO6 and see how it goes(These may be altered 42lb ZO6 injectors). Then I need to figure out what value to use for the HI and Low Flow Rates. Getting close here and I'll post my values here as I figure them out.

I've never seen a fast injector actually perform very well in a GM application (haven't used them in a Ford). They have never offered complete data with their injectors. A set of Ford 47s can be picked up pretty cheap, a lot of people sell them used from Roush and Whipple/FRPP kits and the data is available in any of those tunes. For the amount of time you're going to spend figuring out injector data then dealing with issues, it's just not worth it.

Also an .mvf is a value file for SCT, any other reader probably won't be able to open it other than Advantage.

Thanks Witt... when I searched what the .mvf file was it came back with an autocad tag. If its SCT I can open it, my buddy with this car has an SCT Tuner. But, I think this may be a Diablo Tune. It's making sense now. The ProCharger comes with a tune from them. They cannot supply a tune for the car as it is already modded, particularly the throttlebody. Due to liability they could not supply my friend with a tune for the charger... in steps me... This is for a good friend and since the data is so hard to get proper on these Im going to take a solid shot at getting what I can on them. If we need in the end Im sure he'll grab the FR47's. But if I can get a decent set of points here I'll share what I find.

As far as I know FAST has never released any injector data for any application. Anything you find will be educated guessing and estimating. I've dealt with these injectors in the past and compared to something with known good data, its a night and day difference in drivability and idle quality. I don't use Diablosport so I don't know anything about their files, I just know .mvf is a Mako Value File, a preset group of specific data designed to be overlaid into a full tune.

I was told today by FAST that the XFI computer they use only requires the offsets be entered. The XFI System does the rest, this is why they have no data to give. They enter a commanded AFR with the offsets and it does the rest. At least the offsets are good that I posted there.
