Problems with 2013 camaro ss with pcm and tcm communication

I am new to tuning and after I had installed a higher lift cam and 3000 rpm stall converter and other mods , I started and ran on the current tune I had flashed and had a problem under hard acceleration where the service stabilatrak warning on the dic and speedo would fluctuate wildy it would loose a lot of power and jerk severely until I eased off the throttle. car ran ok, other than WOT, I did take a log of this but this is the really strange part. I disconnected the battery and I inspected the trans connector and the pcm connectors, wheel speed sensors etc. all connectors were on solid I then reconnect battery and try to start and nothing, No crank, I get warnings on the dic for service parking assist, service steering, service stabilatrak, low fuel(gauge is below E) tank is half full.

I hook up HP tuner and scan I get the dtc U0100 lost communication with pcm a. I us the editor to read the pcm and I get "unable to validate VCM" it says to send a VCM Suite info log here is the one from yesterday. today I tried and it wont allow me to save it I did update the to the newest suite build today, no change.

I borrowed a friends auto enginuity scanner and it will not communicate with the pcm or the tcm. the codes are U0100 for the pcm A and U0101 for the tcm. I have checked all the fuses and tried several times with disconnecting the battery, fuses and no help. battery voltage is 11.9 key on.
    Data log with anomalies.
