    I just lost 700 credit

    Hi
    My interface not working after I updating my MPVI to new firmware..
    Not recognise by laptop... completely dead

    I sent emails to HP support..

    Please tell me what to do?!

    same here, just updated and now it is asking me to license every thing that I already had licensed. I only had 10 credits though...

    I've got about a half billion credits on mine...and after that last update, I can no longer do anything (read or write) GM CANbus based. I'm not plugging my other MPVI's into that PC again...they're

    There was a firmware update that was required for new CAN support. You need to update both your VCM Suite 2.24 and 2.25 installs as the MPVI firmware is not backwards compatible with older software.

    Make sure you are emailing support at hptuners.com with your questions, I reserve my personal email for interoffice purposes only now.

    Well....crap, Keith. That just killed about 70% of the work I do.
    You really should warn people about this, I'd have never updated.
