98 to 99 PCM Swap with plastic tank

Ok I repinned my 98 harness in a Trans Am and have it setup working great. I have put in a tank from a 00 and a new fuel canister with fuel pump. Is there anything that needs to be done in the PCM to get the fuel gauge to work? My tuner is going to finish tuning it in a couple of weeks and I wanted to get the info before he finishes it. Swapping the cluster is not an option since this is a 31k mile car and would like it to show it. Thanks for any help

Look at stock '98 and '00 tunes to see if there are differences in the Fuel System tab. I'm sure at least the capacity will need to change as the plastic tank is larger FWIR.
