invalid OS VIN on stock 2014 Camaro ss

I sent the Suit info and he tune to hp tuners support yesterday but no reply. Car is sitting on dyno now. Was there a particular email I should have sent it to?

You need to download the latest 2.24 from your customer panel.

I tried that yesterday but no luck. I will try again. This is the file, please see if you can open it and if you can then we know the issue is on my end.

Opened in 2.24 and 2.25 for me, no problem.

Did you just open it or try to license it? Try to license it and it will show a vin os mismatch

Just click on show license options and it comes up invalid, you do not have to license it. Opening the program is not the issue.

I hit show license and it brought up the screen telling me to connect the interface and warning me it was about to use credits. So, it isn't giving me any issues. I can open the file just fine.

edit: that was in 2.25

In 2.24 I get the same error you were having. My bad!

I tried 2.25 but it gives me an error and shuts down the program, Let me down load 2.25 again and try it

I redownloaded 2.25 and it will let me open and license it. Looks like another $600 to HP tuners.
