    Ford E450 5,4L FOOD TRUCK

    i have here a 2014 Ford E450 Food Truck.

    I must change only the Speed Limiter.
    How could i read and write it?

    The VIN is: 1FC3E4KL8EDB09996
    I have read the ECU Code: OS TSAZ5U2
    The ECU numbers are:
    0261S11335
    S66FF
    JTW5
    DC2A-12A650-NF
