spark timing dosnt match low octane table

so far we have had heaps of problems with the timing in this car at first it was getting kr and going to no timing played until it went away end solution was to desensitize knock sensors a tiny bit
after that was still going to like 2* btdc so we go rid of all tm and also set burst knock retard to 0*
this all helped but still the timing does not match low octane table?

    the car is a vy Calais with a gen 3 ls1 a4
mods include 3.46 diff gears from manual
full exhaust tri y headers cats and cat back
maffless otr and a slightly hand ported throttle body

for some reason config used wont load but its a borrowed one from mowtown?
that shows most of timing related things

If your referring to your histogram not looking like low octane timing table you must remove the maf pid from the scanner while running in sd mode. Try that and see if it fixes your issue.

Something else to keep in mind... When the ecm is programmed it automatically starts getting it's timing from the high octane spark table and it's not until it hits it's knock retard limits that it will then draw "it's" timing references from the low octane tables.
    2010 Vette Stock Bottom LS3 - LS2 APS Twin Turbo Kit, Trick Flow Heads and Custom Cam - 12psi - 714rwhp and 820rwtq / 100hp Nitrous Shot starting at 3000 rpms - 948rwhp and 1044rwtq still on 93

Except when there is a code set such as a maf code to put it into sd mode as he is running. Once code is set it defaults to low octane table. One of the benefits of running custom operating system is it puts you back to high octane table with the code set.

I always make the tables match when tuning or when in "race mode."

so removed the maf pid and now in the histogram the spark timing is only shown in the 0.8g/cyl line?
heres a small sample of what I mean

how do I know where to add timing if I don't know what cell to add it too?
