Control a single fan black magic extreme 180 using a 2006 SSR E40, how to set it up?

How do I setup single fan control using a black magic extreme 180 efan with controller. I am using a relay that when grounded sends a 12 volt signal to the manual on, on the Fan controller. I wired this to 473 fan high speed control. Using HP tuners vcm scanner I can turn the fan on under special tools. But they won't turn on by them selves. I lowered all temp settings (I want it on around 192F). I set it to discrete, 1 fan, and set all the status bits for fan 2 (high speed) to 1, and turned all the other ones to 0. Fans never came on ran up to 210F!! What am I doing wrong?

Here is two files one before I changed the fan settings and one after.

How many fans are you running? Are you using aftermarket fans?

I'm running a pair of stock ls1 fans. But the type of fan shouldn't make a difference.

There is also some dtc codes you need to dissable to prevent getting a engine light .
Let me know if you need any other help.
