VCM Scanner 2.25 Beta Now Available

Let me put the questions/requests in a list so it is not confusing like above.
Im working on a E92 and need the following:
Commanded lambda
Map/Baro pressure PID
2.24 no longer allows the guages or custom gauges to show past a decimal. For example my lambda gauge would normally read .70-1.25 however it only shows 0-1 now. I have it set up a 0-1-2 but would prefer to have decimal points so I can quickly scan at the gauge and see where I am at.
When you copy labels and past them now you have to insert the comma's and remove the commas after 1's. I believe this used to be automated
When will we get serial support

I noticed this too a few months back.. I really wish they'd change/fix it

I have upgraded my ram in my lap top from 1Gb to 2GB that fixed a previous problem where the scanner would not open with 2.25 (2.24 worked fine). The ram upgrade fixed the 2.25 scanner opening problem, however after 10 minutes of apperaing normal the screen now indicates Gauge, Graph and plot Vs.Time but they are all grayed out (2.24 still functions correctly).
Can anyone help with any suggedtions?

Thanks for the response, I tried clicking on channels it switches as expected but the screen is still greyed out.

Try installing the software on an alternate pc to see if you have the same issue.

I have tried that on an older laptop and my desktop both runing XP and it works fine but my laptop I use for tuning runs win 7 and it does not work, the problem is it was working on my win 7 laptop for 10 minutes I was moving around the scanner operation not connected to a car when it stopped working and I am reluctant to buy a new tuning laptop to overcome the problem.

Hopefully this hasn't been brought up...I am using the scanner and editor with a 4k monitor. I was hoping the larger desktop would let me see more info. Instead, both programs auto-zoom. The image seems more bloated than if I was using a 1080p setting. I do not see an zoom settings.

Can you post some original size screenshots?

Sure. The first is the 1080P, the second is the 4K. I included the icons for scale.

Are there any advantages of switching from 2.24 to 2.25 with an 09 G8 with an LS3 stroker?

What is auto zooming? Please be specific and detailed.

Internet explorer tries to default to 300% zoom for 4K. It looks like VCM does something similar. The icons show that VCM is at least 200% bigger in 4K. The text and content for VCM in 4K should be much smaller.

I believe this is a .net issue, to which I don't have a solution.

Having the space bar to start and stop logging would sure be nice. As of the latest 2.25.2293 that feature is not available. I know many use the interface to log but I like to have that laptop when logging. Kind of like working in the dark without the laptop.
