    [50090.avg(500)] > 50 AND [50090.avg(-500)] > 50

The -500 means take the average of the future 500ms worth of data points. It might seem confusing with the -, but the idea behind this is that typically, you want to make sure you've been in a certain state for X amount of time to allow the data points to pass your filter..

So, typically, you might want to just have a filter that only triggers when you've been on the throttle for a short while, filtering out the transient stuff. Doing both the 500 and the -500 filters out the transients at the front and end of the range you're looking for.
That is eff'ing awesome. I can't wait to try it.

    1. Still crashes on me every time I try to type anything in. Error report sent. It crashes when it sees the "[". After I have a formula in there I can erase back to that without it crashing. Once I get the last digit of the PID # out of there it will crash again

    2. If I copy/paste something in it will go in.. but still doesn't work. This is when looking at existing logs.. have not tried it on live logging yet

If you put in a parameter that isn't supported by your channels, it will evaluate as 0. 0 is less than 100.

I tried it with a simple one this time--EQ ratio. Tried filtering for EQ > 1, then tried for EQ < 1. Resulting graph is the same both ways, which can't really be right

I'll try it with live logging in a few hours and see what happens

Am I the only one having problems? I really want this to work.. especially the transient stuff mentioned a few posts back.

I have 2 other computer, I'll try it on those too just to see

lol, my other one is even worse. On it, the plot vs. time and graphs are both staying blank no matter what I do

edit: disregard ^. I opened the layout I posted earlier and the graphs/plot started working

    -----

Same thing on the " [ " though.. as soon as I type it into the filtering function box, it crashes.

Also the same in regards to filtering not working. I can copy/paste to get around the crashing but it doesn't do any filtering then

I just put up a new beta, .2601, this should fix the crashing issue. Give it a try.

    Crashing is fixed

Filtering is working on one computer and not on another.. I'll mess with it some more and report back

edit: (laptop) well, filtering was working.. I closed the graph layout editor, went back to it, and now changes are back to not working. I haven't figured out what got it to work yet

edit2: Tried on my desktop and it's working exactly like you'd expect it to. Not sure why I'm having the issue on my laptop

edit3: went back to make another change to the filter on the desktop and now it doesn't work either. Anything put in the function field has no affect

Finally got around to testing the EIO in 2.25. Connected an AEM Wideband and the values in HPT were very wrong . The AEM settings provided by default in HPT are Output=(V/.5)+10, based on the information given by AEM the formula for this unit should be different. Should I expect to see User Defined Wideband/EIO settings coming like in 2.24 in the near future?

Sparkey, you must have a different AEM wideband to mine (30-4100) as that formulae is correct for me (AEM quotes V * 2 + 10.0 but that is the same). My only issue is that I need to compensate for the ground difference.

V/.5+10 is the same as V*2+10, mathematically.
