Unhappy Unable to use VPMI Pro Interface after update.

    Hello,

I'm working on a LS7 crate engine with a HP Tuners suite and a MPVI Pro interface.

Sometimes the signals with VCM Scanner freezed or they came so slowly (1 frame every 5 seconds) that it was impossible to log.

I tried almost everything: restart the car, unplug the MPVI, use different USB cables, use different PC...

I ended up locking for a solution on the HP tuners forum.
I founded and downloaded the new HP tuners 3.0 suite hoping to solve my problems.

I installed it and, as I tried to connect to the car, VCM Scanner asked me to update the MPVI.
I followed the instructions, updated the interface and everything went well.

Now I can see the MPVI on the system peripherals, I can connect with VCM Scanner, but as I try to start logging the record button doesn't work.
In the "Vehicle --> MPVI Pro Data Logging" menu, as I press "Get Info", appear strange font VIN and ECM OS ID number.

VCM Editor when I try to read the ROM says: "Detect Controllers And Get Basic Info: Failed".

What I read in VCM Suite Info is:

I'm completely stuck, now I can't even flash different ROMS on the ECU.

    Is there a solution?

    Thank You in advance.
